DACKS sporting hub Playbook, clips and documents

Playbook, clips and documents

Game plans, set pieces and clips belong in one place, not scattered across chats and drives. Share them with the squad or a single group and keep everything tidy.

Playbook, clips and documents: a sports team using DACKS

How it works

  1. 01

    Organise by group

Create groups such as forwards, backs or goalkeepers. Every group you create is available for documents and clips.

  2. 02

    Upload documents

Share game plans, set pieces, policies and handbooks with the people who need them.

  3. 03

    Match clips

Upload short clips up to 500 MB each for review. Clips delete automatically after 14 days, with a countdown so nothing is a surprise.

  4. 04

    One login

Safeguarding, the schedule and the playbook all live in the same club space, so players never need another app.

For staff

  • Upload to the squad or any group
  • Countdown shows when each clip will be removed
  • Remove files at any time

For players

  • Watch clips and read documents on their phone
  • Only sees what's shared with them
  • Everything in one place with their schedule
