Yes. DACKS works in a phone browser, with separate player and staff navigation. Players can see today's schedule and reach their essential actions without working through the staff portal.

Yes. Choose your club before signing in. Operational records are separated by club membership, and access within a club depends on assigned roles.

No. Staff and player portals are different. Coaching, S&C, physio, welfare and admin tools follow assigned access. Staff only receive player-only actions when they also hold an explicitly assigned player role.

Players and staff can report a concern. Authorised welfare staff and admins receive alerts, keep private notes and update its status. Reporters can follow progress without seeing private notes. DACKS supports your safeguarding procedures and designated lead; it does not replace them or emergency services.

Player views show published activities intended for them. Draft team selections stay private until staff announce the team. This lets staff prepare without exposing unfinished plans.

DACKS runs in a normal web browser over a secure connection, so it works on most school and college networks without installing anything. Gym session logs also save offline and upload when the signal returns.

There is no parent login today. Player records are visible only to the player and authorised staff at their club.

Accounts are created by the club — there is no public sign-up — and safeguarding reporting is built in. Your own consent and safeguarding policies still apply.

Open Club access, select your organisation and choose Player login or Staff login. Then use the sign-in details provided by your club.
