What we keep, who can see it and how long it stays.

Who can see a player's records?: Only staff at that player's club, and only the parts their role needs. Medical detail stays with physios; shared staff views show status and approved restrictions only.
Can one club see another's data?: No. Every record belongs to one club, and the database itself blocks access from other clubs — not just the screens.
Who sees safeguarding concerns?: The club's authorised welfare staff and admins. The reporter can follow progress but never sees private notes.
How long are messages kept?: Chat messages are deleted automatically after 20 days.
Do players see draft plans?: No. Draft sessions and unannounced teams stay private until staff publish them.
Where is data stored?: In a secure, managed cloud database with encrypted connections. Ask us for hosting details for your data protection impact assessment.
